Arsenal lost, but i still think they did a magnificent job! Honestly they could have equalised so many times. But what i liked the most is that them group of youngsters manage to force manchester united into their half for like 70% of them in their home turf! That goal was unfortunate but its ok! We'll get back from this fall.
This says it clear. Without Arteta AND Flamini in the team we are frail. When we had players like Vieira and Gilberto in the mix we could bully the big teams. We have talent. It’s a fact, but we don’t have muscle like other teams do and the players in our midfield lack it.
Signing players to strengthen? What do we know… Since when does our gossip about who we should sign ever mean anything? Wenger’s done the miracle of Ozil and if he wants to, he’ll do it again.
Remember that this is a mickey mouse cup my fellow Gooners. Also do not forget that the opposition, adding to the scum that they are, went all out to beat us tonight. We have a top spot to maintain and for us, this is more important.
I’m giving the MOTM to Rosicky tonight. Its the most obvious choice given the fact that he chased players left and right to win the ball back.
So many of Cesc’s fans were convinced over the summer he’d only come back to England for Arsenal. Part 2 of Sid Lowe’s article pretty much puts that notion to bed. He could have and probably would have joined United if Barcelona were willing to sell. Cesc’s got so many Gooners fooled but I’m…
I disagree, I welcome him back with open arms. Cesc is a player we made and he knows this. A real snake is RVP and Nasri because they sought out glory with bigger teams. I tend to see that more heart breaking than Fabregs going back to his home. I’d like to read this interview… Doesn’t sound like cesc. I read one this morning by lowe saying he’d love to return to Arsenal… What part suggests he would have joined United?
